Speech can create karma!

The greatest organ of action is the tongue. Any words tumbling out of your tongue with intent or without constitute a karma. You may say I have good intentions at heart but you say things which can defeat that purpose. You may wonder how karma has happened even when I had good intentions? The other organs of action are legs, hands, excretory organ and sexual organ. You may kill a bug while walking and it wasn’t with any intention, but hasn’t the karma happened without your mind at play? Similarly, any words which you say constitute an action. So keeping your tongue in check and silent is equally important. Of course, the chief organ of action is the mind! So you have to mind your mind too! So mind it, I say!
