Every lesson begins with direct experience. It is when the direct experience is touched by the heart; then the mind may be challenged to change. This is exactly how I learn from my KrsnaGuru, whose methods of teaching cannot be fathomed. It has taken me many years to enjoy this kind of learning, where I experience the lessons taught in real-time.
The experiences come in various forms. For the knowledge to be percolated, the only way is the real-time learning. Please know that such brutal learning is not easy to go through. It comes when you least expect it through any of your family, friends, or colleagues.
Many a time, you would end up feeling miserable and extremely difficult to face situations which you would want to avoid like a plague. Over years learning like this has made me tough and capable to face anyone fearlessly. The only path for the knowledge to fructify within is through such experiences.
