Do You Have Faith in the Divine?

Spiritual Master Shree KrsnaGuru Ji teaches that one has to see the essence of the Divine within oneself and within others.

It is easy to see a kind, gracious and helpful person as a godsend, but can you imagine that even the person who tries to derail you is also Divine? Guruji states that God gets His work done through all people. Challenges come almost daily and it is difficult to keep progressing in life. Spiritual practice helps one to be the very best version of themselves by using spiritual discriminationseeing God in everything. With discrimination, one develops the strong faith that God is always guiding this universe.

Faith allows one to accept that even when challenged by others, it is God Himself working through His universe to carry the creation forward. Living a life planned by using one’s own judgements, a person may only work within their preconceived limitations or at best they’ll work right to the outer edge of their known limitations. Yet, sometimes one decidedly goes beyond all limits simply because he or she was challenged by someone else to do so. The challenge could have come from a great mentor who said, “You can do it!,” or from a lowly mentor who said, “You can never do it!” Either way that person was put here to help you go beyond your restrained expectations.

Other times, one may be challenged directly by the essence of God within their being. From God’s potency comes the strength one finds within himself to carry on against all odds. It is the inner strength and voice that makes one reach their destination—even when that destination had been unknown to them. The Master warns that oftentimes a person attributes their success to their own tenacity, but that can be a costly mistake. By attributing action, any action to oneself, karma is incurred and rebirth will again take place. Instead, Guruji teaches that one should attribute the action and its success to God alone.

While God does not work directly in this world, one can attribute all actions to Him. Guruji states that within everyone is an essence of God. Spiritual practice can develop one’s faith in knowing and recognising that His Divine essence is here in all of creation. Pushing ahead in faith and using discrimination one can conquer their challenges and perceived limitations. Shree KrsnaGuru JI teaches his disciples to go forward and just do the work that needs to be done.

Jai Shree KrsnaGuru!
