Did You Hear the Truth About Realization?

Shri KrsnaGuru teaches the very Truth about Realization in His exposition of the Uddhava Gita, Chapter 2, verse 12.

Guruji’s lesson of this esoteric knowledge is boldly taught without any veil. It is right there in His words, if only we just listen. This is how the fruit of knowledge comes. On our own knowledge is difficult to discern, but the Guru bends the branches toward us so that we might reach out and pluck that fruit.

When knowledge is not transferred, it is due to some shortcoming in the student. Following the live Satsang, it would be best to listen again to Shri KrsnaKnows’ recorded lesson using one of the many available platforms. It will greatly increase the likelihood of a disciple actually hearing the words and understanding the lesson. True, it is said that the student only receives what is meant for him, but certainly the self-effort put forth is a pertinent factor when attempting to take in His lesson.

Hearing and understanding His words are the first hurdle. Not that Guruji speaks unclearly, the lack of clarity is on the receiving end. From personal experience, this disciple knows the mind will start to speak before the teaching can fully enter.

Oh, how Guruji works to guide us forward! How many times does He repeat for us the very same lesson again and again?

Of course, it is our very nature that keeps the profound knowledge at bay. Even as Guruji inculcates the knowledge, we are still unable to execute His instruction. So our difficulties are two-fold. First, we must hear, understand, and ask our questions for better understanding. Secondly, we must execute His instruction and live this life in the light of His teachings.
