Reprimand by any person is harmful and acidic. It leads to hurt feelings and we all go back in our shell. We listen to the words and immediately come up with a defence or a repartee. It makes our ego squirm and so it revolts. But when the Spiritual Master takes up your case it is for your benefit and growth. Your upliftment is His mandate so He does that. Otherwise ask yourself what is His motivation to reprimand or correct you? So stop over reacting, back answering, giving reasons or defending yourself when you are at receiving end from Him! Do what He says and learn to overcome your tendencies!
