Shakespeare once wrote that and it rankled everyone who asked me the question. Who are you?
I am the one with no name. Everyone who is born on this Mother Earth has a name. The name is given at birth and man goes by it at all times. You need a definitive name and address whenever you apply for official documents. Passports, banks, schools, offices and your own relatives and friends need to call you by some name.
When I arrived in the given vehicle, I needed to have a name. But the vehicle called the body already had a name so how could I call myself by any other name?
I declared to the people who asked me my name that I have no name. The only one who will be able to tell you the name is God Himself. So it was easy for me to say that only God knows my name. To shorten it I said ‘God Knows.’ It stuck to this one and I was called Krsna Knows. Krsna is God in the place where I live.
Internet needed a single word which has to be written in small so joining together Krsna Knows, I became Krsnaknows simply. The website, Facebook or any other social network accepted the name Krsnaknows easily. There was no other one by that name.
Gradually, the disciples found it hard to call me by the term Krsnaknows so they shortened it to Krsna and later on as Krsna Guru.
Now you can understand that to get to you through this medium I needed to call myself Krsnaknows. You can address me in whichever way it suits you. Krsna, Guru, Guruji, or whatever you deem fit and appropriate.
The strangest part is I am unable to get any official documents in that name. No one wants to issue a visa or a passport to me. Not even an identity card can be got through legitimate means. So I am stuck without an identifying name.
It lead me to create an app in the App Store called IAm. It doesn’t exist now but we attempted to create one. Spiritually speaking, it is the best thing that could happen to a being. The Self has no name and neither does God!
I am Krsnaknows. Only God Knows the truth about this One!
